We are seeking a Senior Designer with 4+ years experience, preferably in educational/institutional building types; an architectural degree; and a strong knowledge of building systems. Candidate must be self motivated; able to direct a project team to achieve project goals, budget, schedule, and profitability targets; and proficient in AutoCad and Photoshop. Form Z and/or Sketch Up are a plus.
Senior Designers are responsible for managing day-to-day workflow and project team goals; producing design and construction documents; attending meetings with project team consultants; and presenting progress to principals-in-charge.
