2.	Good organization, personal, written and oral communications skills.<br>
3.	Moderate- advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Power Point).<br>
4.	Basic knowledge of database program (preferably File Maker Pro).<br>
5.	Basic knowledge of data collection (surveys, focus groups, Census etc.), literature/internet searches, and data presentation techniques (graphs, tables).<br>
6.	Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, work under pressure to effectively meet internal and external deadlines.<br>
7.	Ability to work in a busy and fast-paced environment.<br>
8.	Ability to read and interpret complex documents.<br>

<b>DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</b> (NOTE: The following are duties performed by employees in this classification.  However, the individual may not necessarily perform all duties listed and may perform related duties at an equivalent level.)<br>
1.	Create, organize and maintain hard copy & electronic contract filing system (creating/filing proposals and contracts).<br>
2.	Provide maintenance & support for grants database (inputting information, grants/proposal submission). <br>
3.	Provide support for proposal submission/packaging.<br>
4.	Schedule & coordinate meeting logistics.<br>
5.	Serve as recorder and minute taker at meetings.<br>
6.	Assist in the preparation of work plans & task schedules and assist with project management duties.<br>

Job Description:

This person will be leading groups of Elementary students (K-5), and a few Middle/High School students in using digital media and learning to interview, document,  and edit ongoing organic gardening and research projects about the local ecology, history, and existing dynamics of the local community.  You will be leading learning processes and communicating about ecological systems and gardening, and performing community outreach activities with children and adults in a way that is both fun, relevant, and productive, resulting in a digital, multimedia archives of each Branch Living Library.

This person may also assist Project Director and be involved in developing an innovative website and framework for new media Living Library documentation and data for network of local, national, and international environmental transformation programs based on each locales’ ecological, built, and multicultural resources.

Essential Qualifications:

•      Experienced multimedia artist/technologist
•      Experience and success in teaching children & youth video, still photography, related technology and literacy/communications skills
•      Excellent class management skills
•      Early childhood and elementary education experience a must; preK experience a plus !
•      Experience with organic gardening, ecology, nutrition, other arts
•      Ability to create dynamic framework for new rich media documentation and data 
•	Ability to add to existing website and make more interactive, a plus
•	Help design and implement communications linkages and public displays at multiple sites
•	Excellent art and graphic design skills a must 
•	Resourceful and skilled in community outreach and networking
•	Experience in state-of-the-art communications technologies, hardware, and software

As part of CEE (Customer Energy Efficiency) Outreach, candidate will work in a matrix organization to lead and manage a team of Program Marketing Managers, Marketing Coordinators and Project Managers in the development of integrated marketing programs designed to encourage Client’s customer base to integrate energy-efficient products and practices into their daily lives and business operations. Candidate will manage one of two distinct initiative teams, Mass Market (residential and small businesses) or Targeted Market (mid- and large-sized businesses), utilizing an Integrated Demand Side Management (IDSM) approach, which integrates energy efficiency, demand response and distributed generation over the portfolio period.<br>

The CEE department is responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of integrated marketing programs, including education and information efforts, audits, customer (i.e. downstream) rebates, distributor and installer (i.e. midstream) incentives and manufacturer (i.e. upstream) incentives. <br>

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES<br>
<br>
60% of time - Leadership and Supervision<br>
Lead diverse team of CEE Program Marketing Managers in development, execution and on-going management of CEE Outreach’s array of customer-centric programs to achieve portfolio objectives. Specifically:<br>
-	Provide and communicate clear vision of goals and objectives to team members and partners (internal and external); set expectations and empower team to deliver excellent results. Communicate results to team and senior management. <br>
-	Assign projects to team members and ensure on-time delivery. Ensure synergistic efforts of team’s work, eliminating any redundant efforts. <br>
-	Review and approve all marketing materials (including advertising, merchandising, publicity plans, copy, media, etc.) to ensure programs are on message. Seek and obtain senior management approval when necessary.<br>
-	Hire, train and supervise assigned personnel. <br>
-	Set goals for team members; actively monitor and evaluate performance.  Provide performance reviews.<br>
-	Provide coaching and feedback to assigned personnel, as needed.<br>
-	Seek out ways of improving CEE Outreach efforts and team’s performance. Make recommendations to senior management. <br>
-	Maintain fluid channel of communication (verbal and written) with senior management to ensure required buy-in on programs and awareness of shift in objectives. Present key brand issues to senior management as needed.<br>

20% of time – Strategic Planning and Oversight<br>
Provide strategic planning and oversight for CEE Outreach’s array of customer-centric programs to achieve portfolio objectives. Specifically:<br>
-	Develop long-term strategic plan for segment (Mass Markets or Targeted Markets) based on corporate objectives, market opportunities and regulatory requirements.<br>
-	Evaluate components of portfolio within segment (Mass Markets or Targeted Markets) on an on-going basis and make recommendations to rebalance or introduce new components to meet objectives. <br>
-	Work closely with Program Team Managers to identify emerging/diminishing opportunities and modify CEE Outreach program efforts accordingly.<br>
-	Actively communicate with Program Team Managers and other CEE and non-CEE Supervisors to ensure synergistic efforts among all areas.<br>
<br>
15% of time - Management of Budget and Financials<br>
Track and manage budgets and all financials. Specifically:<br>
-	Manage total marketing budget in accordance with directives from senior management; provide budget recommendations to senior management as required.<br>
-	Allocate budget to programs within portfolio segments and timeframe.<br>
-	Ensures all contracts and vendor engagements meet regulatory and Client’s sourcing requirements; ensure all expenditures are properly documented for appropriate audit trail.<br>
-	Ensures all vendor payments are fulfilled as per agreements.<br>
-	Track spending and evaluate program effectiveness against expenditures; reallocate budget as necessary to achieve overall goals.<br>
-	Review individual program budgets with appropriate Program Marketing Manager; provides oversight in the execution of programs to ensure budget adherence. <br>
-	Assumes complete responsibility for accomplishing project goals within established budgets and timeframes.<br>
<br>
5% of time – Safety and Ethics<br>
Have a demonstrated record of working safely in an office environment. Work product must be accurate and consistent with high ethical standards. Participate in required safety and ethics training, and assist in communicating about safety and ethics issues to the department.<br>

<description><![CDATA[Marketing Project Manager needed for an exciting and growing solar company in Berkeley! This is a 3-6 month contract with a possibility of becoming a permanent role within the company.<br>

In this role you will be managing several marketing projects (50% Print projects, 50% Web) across several groups in the US and International markets.<br>
<br>
A motivated, energetic, Type A personality will do well in this position. Prefer someone who is easily approachable, open and willing to take on new projects.<br>
<br>
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:<br>
<br>
Drive the development and execution of marketing programs and creative service projects. Proactively communicate with project stakeholders to define project scope and budget. Provide day-to-day management for multiple projects, create project schedules, track and monitor project progress/delays and conduct meetings that impact client deliverables and timelines. Ensure high quality programs and deliverables are achieved within budget and at required deadlines.<br>
<br>
Position requires effective collaboration with marketing groups, external designers, copywriters and creative resources to move projects through from start to completion.<br>
<br>

- Assign and manage task ownership.<br>
- Manage internal review & approval process.<br>
- Maintain and report on project budget status.<br>

- Prior involvement in managing multiple projects concurrently.<br>
-Experience with MS Office, Project Management Tools (MS Project), Gantt chart creation, Adobe Acrobat PDF Writer.<br>
<br>
Additional desired skills:<br>
- 5 - 10+ years experience in marketing, project coordination or creative agency project management.<br>
- Experience and familiarity with creative technologies such as Photoshop and Illustrator and their various applications.<br>
- Technical understanding of printing and design pre-production.<br>

<description><![CDATA[Jarvis Manufacturing is a precision CNC Machine Shop located in South San Jose. Currently we are looking for a Q.C. Inspector to perform 1st article, in-process and final inspections.<br>

• Must be able to effectively  use all necessary inspection equipment to<br>
perform inspections(CMM,height gage, sine plate, surface gages s/u, etc.)<br>
<br>
• Experienced with inspecting precision CNC Mill and CNC lathe parts.<br>
<br>
• Ability to document 1st Articles and enter data into computer.<br>
<br>
• Understanding of Quality Management System, including NCR’s, First<br>
Article submissions and ISO requirements.<br>
<br>
Work Shift 7 AM to 3:30 PM<br>
<br>
Minimum 2 year experience required.<br>
<br>
