Leading adventure tour company for young international clients looking for a worldwide reservations agent. Needs to be detail oriented, organized, able to multi task, prioritize and meet deadlines. Must have good customer service and communication skills-both written and oral.

Responsibilities include:
Answer phones, file, send faxes and emails
Process incoming tour bookings by phone, email or fax
Handle customer service calls, faxes and letters
Data entry and catalog mail outs
Must be computer literate (will be trained on in-house reservations program)
Knowledgeable with MS Office, Outlook and the Internet

Requirements:
Must be able to work independently or as a team
Minimum AA degree required
No experience required but must be willing to learn
Travel experience a plus
