Our exciting firm is currently looking for Integrative Medicine professionals to serve as Patient Advocate for our San Francisco members. In this role, you will manage treatment plans based on clinical experience and knowledge of both an allopathic and naturopathic nature.

Responsibilities:
Provide competent, efficient and caring services to members and their families
Develop and maintain close relationships with members through initial orientation, assisting with health care needs, proactive communication, participation in call schedule to provide 24/7 coverage
Develop and maintain relationships key with physicians and hospital staff
Research options for healthcare treatment, physicians and facilities; organize this information into formal, written report
Schedule healthcare appointments and coordinate administrative functions
Assist member with travel arrangements, cultural needs and accompany to appointments when necessary
Obtain and Update member medical records; maintain member and physician databases
Requirements
At least a 4 year degree is required as well as certification in Integrative Medicine or preferably, ND. In addition, experience in case management is required along with:
A compassionate and caring personality motivated by an opportunity to provide meaningful assistance to members
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, English fluency a must
A positive can-do attitude that finds solutions to unsolvable problems
Proactive approach to medical needs of members
Excellent time-management skills and multi-tasking abilities
Comfortable working with many prominent and affluent individuals including physicians, business entrepreneurs and international members
Connected to local community is a plus
Computer Proficiency in MS Office and Internet research required
