Innovative acquisition firm is looking for a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide a high caliber of support to an executive in their Peninsula office. If you are a highly motivated Assistant with well-developed office skill sets and strong work ethic, this is the position for you. Enjoy working side-by-side with this brilliant business leader as you facilitate smooth office operations and oversee a wide variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
-Manage an extensive executive calendar and coordinate meeting schedules and business appointments.
-Handle sophisticated international and domestic travel arrangements - arrange point-to-point transportation and book hotel accommodations.
-Set up materials and resources for meetings and conference calls - including distributing presentation collateral.
-Manage general paperwork needs such as faxing, filing, and copying.
-Process and submit invoices in a timely manner.
-Assist with various special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
-3+ years of Administrative Assistant experience.
-Strong skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
-Meticulous attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
-Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Proactive mentality and outgoing personality.
-Advanced organizational and time management skills.
-College degree is preferred.
