Small Construction office in Menlo Park is looking for a dependable person to work part-time in the office and drive for business and assorted errands. Some background in accounting is a big Plus! This is a permanent part-time position of 20-30 hrs weekly.
Duties include:
Assist with Accounts Payable/Receivable
Answering phones
Internet research
Copying, faxing
Scheduling
Running errands (use own vehicle)
Requirements:
Prior administrative assistance experience
Friendly, energetic, prompt, dependable, and with a good sense of humor
Able to learn new tasks quickly
Organized, pays close attention to detail
Knowledgeable and proficient in Microsoft Office
Be able to prioritize and follow through with tasks
Must be 18 years or older
Able to read a map & follow directions
Must have own car and insurance
Good driving record and able to produce DMV print out
Hours: Weekdays, hours are flexible to some degree- approximately 20-30
