We seek a Senior Network Security Analyst whose primary role is to ensure the integrity and security of all of our information and computing infrastructure. Monitor network traffic and connections and take corrective actions in the event of attack, or malicious use.

Primary Responsibilities:
Audit systems for security and configuration compliance. - Manage intrusion detection systems throughout the corporate infrastructure. - Monitor attack patterns and vulnerabilities in order to develop effective detection signatures - Correlate network based events with system events and perform analysis to determine the extent of exposure - Perform scans of network attached systems to ensure compliance with policies and configuration documents provided by Engineering and Risk Management - Effectively contain and correct any security breaches - Works with Risk Management to formulate and set policy

Works in coordination with anti-virus team - Coordinates activities with Availability Management (monitoring) - Provides reports as required to management and business Secondary Responsibilities - Coordinate global incident response efforts - Provide feedback to Engineering groups for enhancing operational security - Assist in developing other team members for cross functional team building - Become familiar with activities and functions of other members of Production Services team.

Knowledge, & Abilities:
Process development and management. - Analytical skills - Intimate working knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, firewalling, and common security practices - In-depth knowledge and relevant technical areas (e.g. Snort, SourceFire, open-source scanning tools) - Firm understanding of database technologies and how to automate redundant tasks - Solid understanding of current attack and malicious use methods - Experience in auditing systems for compliance - In-depth knowledge of operating systems and application interactions

Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience in a production environment - Minimum 3 years dedicated experience in information security - Security related certifications helpful though not required
