KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
|
- Candidates must possess a current Nail Technician License that meets all state requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a day spa or nail salon preferred
- Extraordinary customer service skills
- Must possess a sales driven attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and detail oriented work ethic with the ability to multi-task

| PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES |
- Maintaining highest level of client satisfaction.
- Promoting business and educating customers by standing in front of spa while not performing services, handing out brochures and interacting with potential customers
- Providing excellent nail care and following all XpresSpa protocols
- Increasing personal sales by up-selling and focusing on personal goals
- Cross-selling XpresSpa related retail items
