HIV-negative gay/bisexual men can join Prepare sponsored by the SF Department of Public Health. This research study will test whether taking an anti-HIV drug, Truvada, is safe for HIV-negative men who have sex with men and whether it is effective in preventing HIV infections. Participants will receive free STD and HIV testing and counseling, and $50 per visit.

Participants must:
• Be HIV-negative
• Age 18 or older
