Culinary Adventure For a Serious Sous Chef!!
We are looking for a sous chef for our Golf Course and Resort in Eureka, California. A sous chef with excellent cooking skills that include some fine dining and maybe a hotel or two would be perfect. As a sous, you will help with ordering and receiving and some light administrative work. Most time will be spent in the kitchen in either the fine dining restaurant or banquet kitchen capacity. This position is for someone who can live in a small town environment and loves the outdoors! We will help with housing and you will work under a chef who has run some of the country’s top and most respected kitchens.
This position pays 40-45k with benefits
NOTE Eureka is 5 hours north of San Francisco. We can help with relocation and housing!
