We are looking for individuals who enjoy working fast and hard, are PRECISELY honest, strong personal integrity, great communication, and attention to detail & follow through. These positions require measuring and math, light computer, good customer service, and lifting heavy packages/mattresses up to 75lbs SEVERAL TIMES A DAY. You must be able to work hard for up to 12 hrs a day without advance notice. Everyone gets to go home when the work is done or at 12hrs. It would help if you are able to drive, for errands/deliveries. You must bring a copy of your driving record with you to the interview. In a way its a position for a jack-of-all-trades.
Some other qualities that would be very valuable for this position are: Spanish speaking, experience working with designers, mattress sales, sewing experience, graphic design to help with business development, Microsoft Excell skills.
All our positions require frequent overtime of 1 to 2 hours daily and up to 4 hours regularly.
You will be entering this company at the ground level and we promote quickly after you have demonstrated competence, honesty (taking responsibility for your mistakes), and a deep understanding of our operation. Salary for this position is $30,000/yr ($10/hr during train period). We use a successful pay scale model which is to bring in people at a lower rate (like a training wage) but promote them as they demonstrate their value. Furthermore, we offer paid vacation, medical and dental benefits, and monthly bonuses for hard work, these begin after 6 months.
